一、入住、退房

ⅠCheck-in and Check-out

1、入住：于学院办公室报到登记，领取房间号码；凭录取通知书、护照及房间号码安排单至淳苑公寓领取房间钥匙及空调、电视遥控器。钥匙请随身携带，妥善保管。

1.Check-in:Go to the college office to register, and collect your room number; Taking along your letter of admission, passport and room arrangement sheet，you will receive your room key,air-conditioner remote and TV remote control in Chunyuan Apartment office. Please carry your room key with you and hold it securely.

2.每个房间配备电视机、空调、电热水器、床（包括床上用品）、床头柜、书桌、衣柜等设施设备，请爱惜使用。住宿期间不得将宿舍内家具设备拆卸或搬出使用，学生调整宿舍时家具不得私自搬迁。入住前请检查房间内物品，一经入住视为默认，如有损坏或缺失照价赔偿。不得私自调换房间，如有特殊要求，及时与国教院联系。请自觉带好校园卡，进出公寓需刷卡。

Each room isequipped with TV, air conditioning, electric water heater, bed (including bedding ), bed-stand, desk, wardrobeand so on, please cherish while using. It is not allowed to disassemble or move the furniture out, if you need to move to another room, leave the facilities as it is. Students are required to check the room facilities before you check in,any damaged or lost must be paid for. Room-switching without prior permission is not allowed.Any requests , please contact the International Office. You need to swipe your campus card when you go in and out of the apartment, so take the card with you consciously.

2、退房：请提前1天通知公寓管理人员，工作人员检查房间，家具设备等齐全，完好归还房间钥匙、电视、空调遥控器和窗帘摇柄（7-12楼），完成退房。如房间内物品及设施有人为损坏或丢失，需照价赔偿。

2.Check-out: Please inform apartment management staff one day in advance.The staff will check your room. You can only finish the check-out when you return your room key,air-conditioner remote and TV remote control, and curtain handle (only 7 to 12 floor). You will be required to pay the cost if there is anything lost or damaged.

3、回国或外出旅游等原因长时间不回公寓请在离开前到门卫室进行登记。来访人员请主动出示有效证件（学生证、身份证或护照），征得宿舍管理人员验证同意并登记后方可进入，不得留宿。

留学生的家属要短期（两周以内）留宿在其房间，须经国际教育学院同意，凭有效护照登记后方可入住，并在24小时内到派出所办理相关手续。

会客时间为8:00—23:00。

3.If you are leaving the dormitory for a long time for repatriating or traveling, please register in the guard room in advance. Visitors are requested to show their valid documents (student's identity card, identity card or passport), enter after permission and register and still should not stay over night.

You must obtain the consent of the International Education Institute, if your family needs to live in your room for a short period of time (within two weeks), at the same time, your family must register with valid passport and go to the police station to handle the relevant procedures within 24 hours.

Visiting time is from 8:00 to 23:00.

二、饮水、生活用水、电服务

ⅡDrinking Water, Living Water, Electricity Services

1、留学生公寓门卫室可提供租用饮水机、水桶架及购买桶装水服务。饮水机押金70元，

租金15元/年（不满一年按一年计算）；水桶架25元/组；桶装水7元/桶，水桶押金30元。押金均可随时凭收据退回，同时扣除饮水机租金。

1.The apartment guard room provides rental water dispenser, bucket rack and purchase bottled water service.The deposit of drinking fountains is 70 yuan, the water dispenser's rent is 15 yuan per year(Less than one year should be calculated as one year). The price of the bucket rack is 25 yuan / set; Bottled water is 7 yuan / barrel,and the deposit for the bucket is 30 yuan. The deposit can be refunded at any time with the receipt, deducting the water dispenser rental.

2、中国政府奖学金生每月提供6吨免费用水，超支水费自理。每学期末进行统计并公布，请超支的学生及时到门卫室缴费。水费标准：4.45元/吨。

2.Chinese government scholarship students have 6 tons of free living water per month,the cost of overspending needs to be paid by yourself. The water use statistics will be published at the end of each term, students who use excessive living water need to pay to the guard room in time.

The standard of water charge: 4.45 yuan / ton.

3、中国政府奖学金生每月提供100度免费用电，超支电费自理。房间用电先买后用，注意查看自己房间的用电情况（通过网络查看），一楼门厅设有自助充电设备。电费标准：0.54元/度。室内电压为：220伏

三、一卡通的办理和使用

ⅢApplication and Use of the Campus Card

1、一卡通为我校通用卡，食堂仅可通过刷卡购买食品，校内公交、浴室、房间充值电费等均可使用一卡通，同时一卡通可作为门禁卡使用。

四、维修服务

ⅣMaintenance Services

留学生公寓配备专门的维修人员，如房间内需零星维修，可在门卫室报修，除特殊情况外，维修均在报修次日上午进行。同时承担家具、门窗、电路、下水管道、马桶堵塞等维修服务，费用视具体情况而定。为了避免此类维修，请爱护室内设施，厕纸等杂物请勿丢弃在马桶内

There are professional maintenance staff in international student apartments, if your room needs sporadic maintenance, you can register in the guard room. Except for special circumstances, the maintenance will be carried out during the next morning. At the same time, they are responsible for the maintenance of the furniture, doors and windows, circuits, sewers, toilet plug and so on. The charge will be determined according to circumstances.In order to avoid maintenance fees, please take good care of indoor facilities. Never throw toilet paper or other litter in the toilet.

五、保洁服务

ⅤCleaning Services

1、公寓楼内配有专职保洁员，每天清扫宿舍楼内的公共场所、公用设施。房间内由学生自行打扫整理，禁止将垃圾袋及私人物品（如：鞋子、鞋架、地毯等）放置在走廊、窗台、楼梯间等公共部位。禁止从窗户向外乱扔垃圾。国教院办公室及淳苑公寓管理站会不定期对宿舍卫生、安全等情况进行联合检查。

1.There are professional cleaning staff in international student apartments, who will clean dormitory public places, public facilities every day. Your room is cleaned up by yourself.Do not place garbage bags and personal items (such as shoes, shoe racks, carpets, etc.) in corridors, windowsill, staircase and other public places.It is forbidden to throw garbage out of the window.International Education Institute Office and Chunyuan apartment management station will irregularly inspect the hygiene, safety and other situation of the dormitory.

2、为了保持公寓楼内的清洁、安全及不影响他人，禁止饲养猫、狗、鸟等动物。

六、公用厨房设施

ⅥCommunal Kitchen Facilities

1、留学生公寓90号楼1、3、5、9、11层及89号楼1、2层设有公用厨房，如需烹饪，可到公共厨房内进行操作。使用时请遵守厨房内上墙规定，不得将私人物品长时间放置在公共厨房内，损坏公用物品及设施要赔偿。

2、留学生公寓已设有公共厨房，因此禁止在宿舍内做饭，以免发生意外。同时禁止在宿舍内使用以下违章电器；禁止破坏或遮挡房间内的烟雾感应装置。

七、房内网络使用

ⅦNetwork Usage in the Room

留学生公寓房间均有网络插口。连接电脑后打开任意浏览器会自行出现登录页面，按照页面提示输入用户名和密码即可上网。用户名为校园卡卡号，初始密码为学生本人护照最后六位数字，如遇字母请用“0”代替。

Your room is equipped with a network sockets. Afterconnectingwith the computer,open any browser, the computer screen will automatically appear a login interface, then enter your username and password to finish the Internet access. Your username is your campus card number, the initial password is the last six digits of your passport.If the last six digits of your passport contains letters, please use "0" instead of them.

八、洗衣服务

ⅧLaundry Service

留学生公寓90号楼2、4、6、10、12楼，89号楼3楼洗衣房内各配有3台自动洗衣机，90号楼2、6楼及89号楼3楼各配有一台烘干机，洗衣机投币1元/次，烘干机投币4元/次，洗衣机、烘干机定期有专人清洁。学生不得在宿舍擅自安装洗衣机。

In addition to the2nd,4th,6th,10th and 12th floor of Building 90, the 3th of Building 89 is also equipped with 3 automatic washing machines in the laundry room.The third and sixth floors of Building 90 and the third floor of Building 89 are equipped with dryers. 九、功能厅及大厅的使用

ⅨThe Usage of Functional Halls and Lobby

1、留学生公寓设有健身房、台球室、自习室、休息室及一楼大厅供学生使用，请严格按照各功能厅墙上的使用规定及时间，不得进行赌博、吸烟等活动，禁止喧哗打闹，夜间音响音量禁止过大（包括房间内），禁止噪音等扰民。破坏公用设施设备须赔偿。

1.There are gym, billiards room, study room, lounge and first floor lobby for students to use. Please strictly follow the rules and limited time of use on the wall of each function room, where you are not allowed to engage in gambling, smoking and other inappropriate activities.Noisy slapstick, stereo too loud at night (included in your room) and other disturbing behaviors are also strictly prohibited.If you destroy a utility or public equipment, you must pay compensation according to its price.

2、留学生公寓四楼多功能厅可承办较大规模活动，平日不开放，如需使用，先至淳苑办公室填写表格，经国教院办公室相关负责老师签字批准后方可使用。使用时请爱护厅内设施，如有损坏或丢失须赔偿。

2.The multiple-function hall on the 4th floor of the student apartment can be used for a larger event.It is not open ordinarily, if you need to use it, please go to the office of Chunyuan station to complete the corresponding form in advance.You will not be able to use it until your application is approved by the relevant teacher of the Office of the International Education Institute.When you use the multiple-function hall, please take care of the facilities inside the hall.If the facilities in the hall are damaged or missing, you will need pay compensation for it.

十、非机动车停车服务

91号楼北侧设有电动车充电桩及自行车停车处，请按规定将车辆停放在该处，自行车也可停放至公寓内地下停车库。电动车禁止进入公寓楼内。公寓楼前及楼内所有区域均禁止停放自行车和电动车，违者将进行锁车处理。

ⅩService of Non-motorized Parking

There is provided with electric vehicle charging stations and a bicycle parking place at the north of building 91. Please park your vehicle in accordance with the regulations.Your bicycle can also be parked in the underground parking garage of the apartment, but the vehicle is strictly prohibited to enter the apartment building.Bicycles and vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the surface which belongs all areas of the apartment building and in front of the apartment building,otherwise your bikes and vehicles will be locked.
